Mark Salusbury

Salusbury uses traditional forms and contemporary styling and materials to create new expressions. He strives to enhance wood’s neutrality through contrasting colour, form, line, texture and media. Salusbury founded and presided over the thriving Wood turners Guild of Ontario and held four concurrent terms as President of the Canadian Woodturners Association from 1992-2000.

Salusbury is from Bethany, a small town located in the picturesque Kawartha Lakes region. It services the local winter ski hill sport areas in the winter.
