Sheila specializes in unique handmade wool felt wall hangings rich in colour and textural complexity. During the felting process, she embeds not only fibres, silks, organics like leaf skeletons, tea leaves and bark but also her memories of landscapes encountered during her geographic and ecological research in Africa and Canada. She aims to capture the topography you would see floating over the fields then punches it up with a few surprises.
